They are the leading cause of death in pakistan, accounting for 25% of all deaths. 2.Respiratory diseases: These incluse pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other conditions that affect the lungs. they are the second leading cause of death in pakistan, accounting for 15% of all deaths.
