Basically, social media can mess up our minds. It makes it hard to focus, sleep properly, feel good about ourselves, and hang out with real friends.

- Make sure to set time for activities you can do without screens, like hobbies, sports, or just chilling out. Doing these things can help you relax and enjoy life in a fun and new way.
- It's better to focus on having meaningful talks and connections with others instead of worrying about how many likes and followers you have. Real friendships and connections are more important than just getting likes online.
